Bale to Real Madrid : Transfer Rumor

Real Madrid have set a June 15^th deadline to tie up the transfer of Spurs' Welsh wonder Gareth Bale.

Real are currently the favourites to land the highly rated goal scorer with a fee of £60m expected to be enough to prize Bale away from the London club.  

Bale who won this year’s PFA player of the year award is reported to be willing to talk to Real Madrid if Tottenham were to receive an offer (as reported by the BBC).

Extra:-  It’s crucial that Tottenham keep Bale in order for them to push for a Champions League spot next season. But even that isn’t enough, they need to strengthen key areas including their attack due to a lack of goals coming from players other than Bale. Saying that if a £60m offer comes from Madrid, I highly doubt Spurs rejecting the offer and therefore that money can go a long way to capture long term targets such as Leandro Damiao and David Villa,  with the pair expected to cost in the region of £30m.
