The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 10 'Home' - Plot, Synopsis and Review

The Walking Dead: Season 3
Episode 10: Home
Review and Plot

At the end of the last episode we saw Rick scaring off the prisons newest guests, led by Tyreese, due to his reaction from seeing a ghostly figure standing on the catwalk above him.

The group is beginning to look very thin and the last thing they need is for Rick to wander off and go all crazy again. Near the start of the episode the ghostly figure (that only Rick can see) appears standing over three graves with her back to Rick wearing a white dress. She draws Rick outside the prison perimeter and she reveals herself to be the ghost of his recently deceased wife Lori. The whole of this opening is used without dialogue and Rick gets close enough to touch his wife (when all in fact he is doing is stroking thin air as Michonne watches from inside the prison).

Whilst this is taking place the Governor reiterates to Andrea that he won’t attack the prison. Though her trust for the Governor is dwindling in the balance as of late, she is sticking around but I’m sure this will soon come to an end once she learns about the events later on in this episode.

Daryl and Merle are still alone in the woods after they left the group in last week’s episode. The two brothers who can’t seem to get on are a nightmare parting especially as they are left alone together. They can’t agree what to do; Merle wants to continue on whereas Daryl wants to go back to the safe haven of the secure prison to strengthen the slim numbers at the prison. They come across a family trapped by Walkers on a bridge (a child, what looks to be a mother and two men). Whilst Daryl wants to help the family, and does, Merle seems more reluctant. He only really helps towards the end of the Walker attack before turning his gun upon the people the brothers rescued and attempt to rob them. Daryl steps in and pulls his brother out of the vehicle points his crossbow at him and allows the victims a chance to escape. This shows the very unloving relationship they have as of now.

With Rick’s absence Glenn tries to step up to the task of leader but ultimately the boots are too big fill. Hershal sees this and begins to worry that Glenn will get them killed as he is undergoing a craziness of his own after his recent capture and treatment of Maggie. Hershal ventures down to the fence to confront Rick and try to get him to come back to the prison to regain command.
As this takes place we see two very different relationships. We see Glenn and Maggie arguing and finally confronting each other about Maggie’s traumatic experience with the Governor only for it to result in an argument. We then see a very positive and quickly building relationship between Carol and Axel. Axel opens up to Carol and we finally learn something about this character for the first time. We learn that in fact he was innocent and his arrest was ultimately due to being in possession of a water pistol when caught by the police. Just as we start to learn more about this character BANG, DEAD. A bullet comes whizzing through the air straight into the final original inmates head as he is standing right next to Carol in the courtyard.

Then this marks the start of the attack by the Governor. Yes big surprise, he went on his word made to Andrea and him and a fairly small group of four others begin their attack. Chaos is everywhere, bullets hitting cover left right and centre and even Carol has to use Axel as a human shield before she can move to a safer position. The attack is very chaotic but very amateur when it comes down to actual accuracy. For Axel to take a hit to the head from a fair distance away it must have been a fluke because every bullet misses for a good few minutes of non-stop firing unit one of the Governors men is finally gunned down on top of the tower (how he got there without begin spotted I will never know). An armoured van then drives straight through the first two fences in the prison and unleashes a small attack force from the back of the truck of Walkers before the driver retreats out of the premises. Rick looks certainly doomed, no ammo and two Walkers pinning him up a fence. This is the closest Rick has come to the Walkers and then Daryl and Merle come to the rescue and literally save Rick’s life. The Governors men retreat from this chaotic battle and I’m sure this was only a scouting mission compared to the full blow attack that is sure to come.

This is a very exciting episode compared to last week’s slower approach. We lose Axel and in true Walking Dead fashion it looks like a new character will soon enter the prison. Once the cast loses a member they almost seem to replace them imminently, either that or its likely we will see another death before Tyreese and his men are brought back into the story. With the attack we only saw a small attack force as well that acted as more of a taster for the actual thing to come in the next few weeks.  The prisons defences are also down; with the perimeter broken the prison isn’t looking as safe as it once did.

Episode Rating 8.5/10- A lot more explosive than the last episode and the only thing you could ask for was a bigger flight than the attack force than what the Governor brought. Apart from that you had everything, a cast death, a bullet flying battle and even a way to add in the Walkers to the battle between the two forces.

The Walking Dead: Season 3: Episode 9 -The Suicide King Plot and Review

The Walking Dead: Season 3
Episode 9: The Suicide King
Review and Plot

On the last episode of the mid-season 3 finale we were introduced to a new group of survivors, led by Tyreese (Chad Coleman), they retreated from a group of Walkers into the occupied prison via a collapsed wall. Carl finds them and leads the group of four (after the new group suffers one casualty) into a safer place nearer to where Rick’s group are currently calling home. Meanwhile the long awaited confrontation between Rick and the Governor takes place in a bloody battle which sees the Governor losing an eye, Daryl being taken prisoner and the latest cast member to exit the series after Oscar suffers a gunshot wound to the head. Ricks effort to rescue Glenn and Maggie is a success but at a cost as we see the Governor pitting brothers Daryl and Merle in a battle to the death at the end of the mid-season finale.

SPOILERS: The Walking Dead's mid-season premièred last Friday on FOX in the UK and begins what looks set to be a very eventful and explosive end to season 3. The anticipated return I think was well worth the absence over the busy Christmas TV period and now after the peak our excitement was reached at the end of the last episode, the second half of season three can again begin to build up to what looks to be a more explosive series finale than the farm house slaughter of season 2.

After Daryl and Merle are pinned in a Gladiatorial battle to the death Rick and his crew raid the battle area to save Daryl and Merle, escape the barrage of gunfire and flee the camp. Both camps suffer from this attack that leaves nine settles of the Governors camp dead and many more injured with Ricks crew suffering a collapse in their numbers.

The cracks in Ricks begin to get bigger when their numbers decrease even further after the loss of Oscar. Rick's madness has worsened and his ability to give people chances hasn't got any better and Merle isn’t made welcome. Daryl is forced with a choice of who to follow, his brother or Rick. Daryl's quest to find his brother in series three led to his capture on the last episode and now they are properly equated the two brothers depart from Rick to fend for themselves.

Meanwhile the new group of four led by Tyreese make themselves at home and learn more about the prison's current occupants by talking to Hershel, Beth and the rest that are left at the prison. As this is taking place the Governors camp is in turmoil as the settlers request to flee after the current attack and two Walkers breaking the barrier and getting into the town. The Governor isn’t one bit phased by this panic and his own madness grows as he only has one goal in his sight, to track down Rick and bring a war to the prison.

Rick, Glen, Maggie and Michonne return to the prison and on return Rick eventually confronts their guests and forces them to leave after seeing a ghostly figure standing on the catwalk above that drives his insanity to dangerous levels.

I think that we can look forward to an explosive end to the season and between now and then I expect there to be a gradual build-up of tension and excitement as the Governor plots his attack on the prison.

Episode Rating 7/10- Not as explosive as the last episode but still very exciting episode and very promising to the events that lay ahead.

Bromsgrove Sporting Football Club: Chrisi Conway Interview

Bromsgrove Sporting Football Club

Interview: Chrisi Conway

Bio
Name: Chrisi Conway

DOB: 23/08/1988

Born: Mayo, Ireland

Position: Attacking Midfield / Striker

Height: 5'11

Nickname: Conway

Previous Clubs: Pro at Aston Villa 9 years, Walsall 6 months, Tamworth 6 months. Local at Romulus, Boldmere, Racing Club Warwick, Kenilworth Town and Phoenix United.

Favourite Team: Liverpool

Favourite TV Programme: Silent Witness, Family Guy and Homeland

Favourite Music: Rap music and rock music. Artists like Eminem, Ed Sheeran, The Roads and Goodnight Lenin.

Roll off the pitch: #LAD

Time spent at Bromsgrove Sporting: 14 Months

Questions

Q: Who was your biggest influence on the football pitch?

A: Definitely Robbie Fowler. I tried to emulate him to the point of learning to kick with my left foot. I loved watching all strikers like the fat Ronaldo and Steven Gerrard too. I was lucky to be taught striker things off legends like Gary Shaw too while I was at the academy.

Q: What was it that attracted you to Bromsgrove Sporting and what did you know about them before you joined?

A: I always knew about Rovers and the history of the club finishing second in the conference in the early 90's and how good the fans were. I knew the type of project Keith was building at Sporting and when I was available I had a lot of clubs to choose from but I knew speaking to the manager he would have faith in me. I trusted the direction he wanted to take the club and I wanted to be part of it.

Q: What is your biggest highlight on the pitch?

A: On the pitch just getting called up for Ireland, albeit at schoolboy level was unbelievable. Goal wise, as a Liverpool fan I scored a hat trick v Everton which was amazing. I scored a Beckham style half way line goal v Man Utd which was one of the best of my career and on tour in France I netted twice v PSG. My debut hat trick for Sporting is up there too.

Q: What was your biggest challenge?

A: Probably proving things to doubters that I was fit enough and good enough after some serious injuries in my late teens. When you are out for 6 months, having operations and doing physio, then the aim is to come back quicker, stronger and better than before. Each time I have done that it’s been a challenge. Proving that you are not a selfish person is also a challenge, but the people who play with me know I am determined and passionate for the team and would much rather the team won things, as opposed to personal awards.

Q: What are your strengths as a player?

A: I like to think I win a lot of headers for someone who is relatively average height, but I think my best attribute is my finishing. When I am confident and I walk out onto the pitch I get into the mind-set that I know I am going to score. I'm also quicker and stronger than some people give me credit for and I’m pretty creative. I enjoy spreading 60 yard cross field passes.

Q: What areas of your game do you feel you need to work on?

A: On the pitch and off it I’m always trying to work on things. I’ve learned to channel my aggression quite well as I used to suffer badly with bookings. I need to work on my decision making in the last third and probably a bit on helping my team mates close down more and working hard for the team, not just myself.

Q: If you had the chance to play alongside one player, who would it be and why?

A: I went to school with Gabby Agbonlahor and came through the ranks with him and Danny Sturridge and always scored as many as they did, if not more some seasons, so I’d like the chance to play in the Premier League alongside them to see if I could score goals at the very highest level, like I did back then. Bar that it’ll be Steven Gerrard, because he would never stop finding me in the box like he did Owen and Torres. Most of their goals were down to Gerrard's vision.

Q: What is it like playing under managers Keith and Graham?

A: They are both people I look up to and respect immensely. Keith showed faith in me, treats me like a friend and even came to my engagement party. He is a really nice bloke, but very professional when it comes to football and a born winner. But he gives me confidence to do what I want and just score goals, which is good.

Q: What is your favourite thing to do other than playing football?

A: I enjoy keeping fit. If I didn't choose to play football I would have been a boxer, so still train to do that. I enjoy spending time with my fiancée, watching films and playing other sports like tennis and golf. I also like music and enjoy going to gigs and festivals. I also like creating my own music and going out with friends.

Q: How does it feel having your own dedicated song at Sporting and does it affect your game in anyway once you hear it being chanted?

A: I absolutely love it! I love the feeling of fans tweeting me that they will be there pre match and then when they sing it is like a twelfth man effect. I try to interact with all the fans as much as I can and repay their kindness with goals. They really are the best fans in non-league.

PlayStation 4 event February 2013 News, Predictions and Rumours

Sony Playstation 4 event Preview, Predictions, Rumours and Release

Speculation over the new PlayStation console has been taking place for a while now and little over two weeks ago on January 31st Sony released this short 44 second video via their official YouTube page.

The video shows a date, one week from now, of the 20th February 2013 and on Sony’s official PlayStation website it also gives us a time of 18:00 EST/15:00 PST/ 23:00 GMT. The meeting will take place in New York and will be streamed online reports from Gamespot say; it is likely to be streamed on the official PlayStation site.

There hasn’t been an official announcement that the console will be announced at this event. A quote form the Telegraph website says that a spokesman said “We will be talking about the PlayStation business." This would by highly disappointing if the console wasn’t announced but with Sony’s latest instalment of the Vita announced at an event in Jan 2011 the chances of it being the next generation is very high I believe. The Wall Street Journal said that the new console will be announced at this event and that “Sony's device will be released later this year”.

I’m sure that if Sony’s new console is announced then it will be released later this year though other sources online say that the UK and Europe won’t see the release until Jan/Feb of next year. Sony’s PlayStation 2 launched for around $300 in 2000 with Sony’s next instalment coming six years later in 2006. The PlayStation 3 was deemed to be a bit of a failure when it launched due to the high price of $499 and very few anticipated games on release with the only exceptions being Resistance and Call of Duty 3. The price point of the PlayStation 4 is expected to be lower than the PlayStation 3 and could be sold for just over $400 (£300).

The new console is likely to have some more anticipated launch titles than its previous event. The Side Mission Blog on Gametrailers.com has found reports that the next Killzone game will be released this year and alongside the PlayStation 4’s launch window. The new GTA has recently been delayed to the 17th September 2013 which could also hint when the release date for Sony’s new console will be as it’s likely that this game will be released for Sony’s Playstation 4 if it were to be launched this year. Other possible launch titles could be games such as the Last of Us but I’m sure these details will be announced at this year E3 event.

There have been rumours going round for months now of what capabilities the next generation PlayStation console will include. The new consoles is expected to have a new controller and reports say that the controller could include a touch pad similar to what is currently on the latest Vita. Other reports show that the new controller won’t be a Dual Shock controller in favour of something new; speculations have suggested that a touch screen could somewhere be integrated into the controller.

The new console is likely to support 4k. Sony has a trend with new consoles; it pushed the DVD with the PlayStation 2, the Blu-ray with the PlayStation 3 and now 4k with its new console after unveiled a 40 inch set a CES that supports the format.

It is also likely that a new updated Move controller could be released at the same time with a new Eye camera as well. Reports on TechRadar say that the rumours that the new console will be powered by AMD hardware (a processor in the new Jaguar CPU) have been confirmed to be true. The website TechRadar goes on to say “The main benefit of a setup like this is that the console will be very power efficient, meaning less draw and quieter operation.” The graphics of Sony’s new machine isn’t likely to match or surpass some gaming PC’s but should be better than current console graphics. No one knows either whether the next console will have backwards compatibility (the ability to play PlayStation 3 and possibly 2 games).

There have also been many patents revealed by Sony including giving us little clues about the new console. The one above according to Gametrailers.com and Kotaku is about converting adverts into video games, though this isn't confirmed to be integrated into the PS4.

Nothing is certain and the majority of things are only rumours and speculation but one week today most of these answers will be revealed. My prediction is that the Japan and North American launch will be alongside the new GTA (along with many other exclusive titles) in September though this title could be further put back say one or two months.

Match Report: Bromsgrove Sporting 0 vs 4 Nuneaton Griff

Midland Combination Premier Division Football Match Report

Bromsgrove Sporting 0-4 Nuneaton Griff

Bromsgrove Sporting’s promotion hopes were given another blow on Saturday after losing 4-0 to fourth place side Nuneaton Griff.

The Rouslers started in the worst way possible when they conceded a free kick just outside the far corner of the box. Nuneaton’s number 10 Josh Ruff stepped up and curled a low free kick around the wall into the goalkeepers near bottom corner of the goal to give the away side an early lead.

Bromsgrove could have quickly responded thanks to a low hit Jon Rogers cross, though a stretching Chris Morrison was unable to make contact with the ball.

Nuneaton Griff then managed to extend their lead 26 minutes into the first half. Bromsgrove’s defence allowed Nuneaton striker Josh Ruff too much space inside the box. The ball was delivered in from the far touch line and Ruff struck the ball on the half volley into the top left hand corner of the goal to get his second of the match.

Josh Ruff got his hat-trick and Nuneaton’s third within the half an hour mark. He struck the ball cleanly outside the box and the ball powered along the ground into the goalkeeper’s bottom right corner of the goal.
Nuneaton continued to pile on the pressure in the first half with other chances coming from Steve Barrett, Josh Ruff and Kyle Baxter. Bromsgrove managed to wade off Nuneaton’s remaining chances but ended the first half 3-0 down.

Both sides had early chances in the opening stages of the second half. Substitute Chris Conway tried to close the deficit with a few efforts for the Rouslers, his best coming inches wide of the Nuneaton post.

Nuneaton’s Mark Williams had an excellent chance to extend the away sides lead early into the second half. His burst of pace allowed him to sprint down the near side of the pitch into the Bromsgrove box. He chose to shoot at a very impossible angle and if he had squared the ball to an unmarked Nuneaton player then the visitors would surely have been 4-0 up.

Bromsgrove Sporting only really made one more effort in the remainder of the second half.  Joe Brookes attempted to give his side a life line with an acrobatic overhead kick inside the box, but his attempt failed to have the required power to beat the Nuneaton goalkeeper.

Jamie Greenway settled all three points in the 73rd minute for the away side. His fake shot inside the box beat the last Bromsgrove defender and gave the player enough room to strike the ball straight though the Bromsgrove goalkeepers legs.

Tom Savage managed to deny Nuneaton a fifth in the final stages of the game but it was Nuneaton who was victorious and took all three points with this 4-0 win.

Bromsgrove’s promotion hopes have taken a severe blow with only one point from the last three games. The Rouslers will need to get back to winning ways next Saturday when they play away against 14th place Pelsall Villa.

England vs Brazil: Preview and Prediction

England v Brazil Preview/ Prediction

This match is a perfect way for England to celebrate 150 years of the Football Association. This match will prove an extremely big test for England with a very strong opposition with the quality of players in the Brazil squad.

England still hasn't managed to be entirely successful on the international front for a long while now especially with the quality and talent on paper in the England squad. When England put their head to it though they have the potential to put up some real fights against some top opposing nations out there. England managed to beat Italy in an International friendly on August 15th last year 2-1 but since then they have got some poor results against teams which really England should be beating. Out of England's last four games England have only won once with draws coming against Poland away and Ukraine at home and of course the Zlatan annihilation when England lost 4-2 at home to Sweden last year.

Brazil’s current form could possibly be in England’s favour as they haven’t been consistent either.  They have beaten and lost to Argentina 2-1 in their last six games as well as beating fairly rubbish sides in their last 6 games they have drew to Columbia and many stars included in the squad played a part in Brazil’s Olympic defeat to Mexico. So Brazil can also be questioned for form. But on paper the Brazil squad to play England is very impressive and talent can been easily witnessed from every corner of this squad.

Brazil Squad to play England:
GK
·         Julio Cesar (QPR), Diego Alves (Valencia)
DEF
·         Daniel Alves, Adriano (both Barcelona), David Luiz (Chelsea, ? questionable calf injury), Dante (Bayern Munich), Leandro Castan (Roma), Miranda, Filipe Luis (both Atletico Madrid)
MID
·         Ramires (Chelsea), Arouca (Santos), Paulinho (Corinthians), Hernanes (Lazio), Oscar (Chelsea), Ronaldinho (Atletico Mineiro), Lucas Moura (Paris St Germain)
ATT
·         Hulk (Zenit St Petersburg), Neymar (Santos), Fred (Fluminense), Luis Fabiano (Sao Paulo).

England Squad to play Brazil:
GK
·         Joe Hart (Man City), Jack Butland (Birmingham City)
DEF
·         Leighton Baines, Phil Jagielka (Both Everton), Joleon Lescott (Man City), Glen  Johnson (Liverpool), Gary Cahill, Ashley Cole (Both Chelsea), Kyle Walker (Spus), Chris Smalling(Man UTD)
MID
·         Lennon (Spurs), Osman (Everton),  Lampard (Chelsea), Milner (Man City) Carrick (Man UTD, PULLED OUT),  Cleverley(Man UTD),  Walcott, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain(Arsenal, Walcott MID or possibly ATT), Gerrard (Liverpool)
ATT
·         Defoe (Spurs, PULLED OUT), Sturridge (Liverpool, PULLED OUT), Welbeck, Rooney (Man UTD)

First of all I can’t see Walcott starting in an attacking role despite the injuries of Defoe and Sturridge. Though this is a position I could see Walcott drifting out to a bit later into the game. I think the most likely option upfront is Rooney and Welbeck, though Welbeck hasn’t played many games for United I do think his talent is a big help to the national side and I think he is an option that should be started.

Ashley Cole has been confirmed to start the game but I’m sure we will see Baines at some point during the game given his current form. I’m not an overall fan of Johnson defensively, yes he is good at coming forward but I would prefer to see Walker to start alongside Lescott and Cahill at centre back. Midfield will be tricky especially if Walcott starts in midfield as well. Gerrard and Lampards current form is excellent alongside Jack Wilshire’s. Cleverley, Osman and Chamberlain I believe will start on the bench but I’ve got a feeling Milner may start put possibly in Right Midfield as he played over the last year. I’m not sure he will take the place of Lennon though as if he does the squad will be quite slow and lack the pace it will probably need against this Brazil side. The squad I’d like to see is a partially different to what I think it will be. I would like the defence to be the same but in midfield Lampard, Gerrard in middle and Chamberlain and Milner either side with Rooney and Walcott up front.

With Brazil Cesar should start given his form at QPR alongside a defence of Alves, Adriano and Dante. Luiz has been given the captains arm band but will only start if fit. The Midfield I think will consist of Ramires, Lucas and Ronaldinho, Oscar is also highly likely to participate at some point. I think the skilful star Neymar will play out on the left but is bound to drift in and play more as a second striker. I’m a fan of Hulk and think he is an exciting player to look out for tonight, I think he will stick to his right forward role with Fabiano in the middle.

Overall this game I think will be mostly a defensive one for England will Brazil likely to hold the majority of possession. England needs to be careful not to commit to many players forward especially with Cole, Johnson, Walker and Cahill liking to push forward on occasions. Brazil though can also be caught out with this point though as Alves and David Luiz two examples of defensive player that also like to venter forward.

Brazil isn’t as solid as they would probably like to be at the back with the absence of Thiago Silva. They can be beaten and scored against and I think if England took the chances tonight then then could get a good result. But when it comes to attacking I think Brazil could just edge the game with their attacking superstar Neymar. People have questioned the player’s talent not being as good as everyone is making it out as he plays for Santos and not a very good league. I believe Neymar is a great player and the Brazilian league is a very close fought battle every year, it will be interesting to see what he can do against some of the Premier Leagues best but I’m sure his magic will sparkle at some stage tonight.

Overall I think the game will be very close and England does have a chance of getting a result if they take their chances. I think though that Brazil will just edge the game and win but in a close game. A key player, for Brazil, to watch out for is probably Neymar, Hulk and Alves but I can also see a very impressive performance tonight from want away Chelsea player Frank Lampard for England.

Overall prediction England 1-2 Brazil.

Match Report: Bromsgrove Sporting 1 v 3 Littleton 02/02/2013

Midland Combination Premier Division Football Match Report
Bromsgrove Sporting 1-3 Littleton
02/02/2013
Reported by Conor Rees

Second place Littleton close the gap on leaders Bromsgrove Sporting after Littleton striker Joe Lolley supplied two goals in his sides 3-1 victory at the Victoria ground.

Bromsgrove Sporting had the first effort on goal after some tricky footwork from Elliot Nash but caused very little trouble for Littleton goalkeeper Jack Dell.

Both sides defended well for the majority of the first half leaving very few chances up for grabs for either side, Bromsgrove defender Matt Ross being one such individual who made some crucial last ditch tackles to deny Littleton’s attack.

Littleton was the side who took the lead eight minutes from half-time with their first effort on goal. Joe Lolley’s use of skill and superb close control was causing Bromsgrove trouble from the start. Joe Lolley went through on goal on the far edge of the box, dribbled the ball past the goalkeeper and then slotted a low well placed shot into the far corner of the net.

Bromsgrove reacted well and tried to level the scores up with an attempt of their own before half-time but again the effort failed to prove any trouble for the Littleton goalkeeper.

Instead it was Littleton who found the net again before the break. Antonio Vernaschi was allowed to push the ball through on to his left foot due to a lack of pressure of the Bromsgrove defence and fired the ball into the top right hand corner of the goal to give Littleton a 2-0 lead at half time.

Sporting responded well in the second half and three minutes from the restart Jon Rogers brought Bromsgrove back into the game. A saved shot from the Littleton goalkeeper fell to substitute Jon Rodgers who was able to strike the ball into the net before the goalkeeper could react.

Bromsgrove applied a decent amount of pressure to the Littleton goal to look for an equaliser with Aaron Robert’s header coming close but again failing to create any threat.

Littleton had very little chances in the second period but still caused a threat. Littleton hit the post after a powerful low hit free kick from Martin Slevin in the 65th minute.

Photo's by André Roberts

Bromsgrove continued to look for an equaliser with more efforts coming from Nick Harris and Nick Martin but Littleton’s defences stood strong and allowed very little to go through.

One through ball was able to get past the Littleton defence after they switched off from a quickly taken free kick. The pass put Jon Rogers in a 1 on 1 situation but his effort failed to find the net and was struck straight at the Littleton goalkeeper.

With all the Bromsgrove pressure Littleton was able to catch Sporting on the break. Joe Lolley received the ball and used and combination of pace and dribbling technique to beat the last Bromsgrove defender and go 1 on 1. He then copied his previous goal by beating the goalkeeper and put the ball into an empty net.

Joe Lolley had a really impressive game and created two outstanding goals, the second came in the 88th minute and sealed all the three points for Littleton.

This is a very good result for Littleton after a fairly even game. Bromsgrove will be disappointed with the pressure they applied but still remain top of the division by 4 points. Second place Littleton have closed the gap and still have five games in hand over Sporting. Bromsgrove can’t afford to slip up again if they have any chance of promotion and need to win against 5th place Nuneaton Griff next Saturday at the Victoria ground.
